- Obesity is the result of faulty programming in the brain. With hypnosis, the brain can be 'programmed' to carry out dietary and lifestyle automatically, without feeling tortured.
- You're the type who likes to stay away from trouble (for example, want to slim down for fear of being sick) or close to pleasure (because they want to look sexy).
- Know your body's natural design. Do not be obsessed with someone else's body shape.
- Make peace with your body. When you hate the whole or any part of your body, you do not appreciate it, it will make the 'damage' even further.

- Eat consciously and enjoy every chewing. Eating or snacking unconsciously, it would be more. Eat when hungry and stop before satiety.
- Have a food abundance mentality. Take eating enough and do not be afraid to not miss meals, especially when you enjoy the buffet.
- Do not associate a feeling of comfort or reward with food. Connection mood and food have to be broken, to avoid emotional eating when you are upset or feel the need to reward yourself.
