10 Rules choosing workout clothes for women

Exercise is one way to maintain fitness. Not just what the sport, sports clothing should also be considered. Here is a guide to choosing sports apparel, according to fashion expert Charla RD version Kruppp Asia (16/01).

1. Do not use sports bras that make breasts together. Sports bra should be able to support the tissue of both breasts properly and keeping the location of the breast well.

2. But avoid using only T-shirt and shorts when exercising. Use special clothing that is intended as a fashion sport.

3. Do not use just a sports bra as a top. Use the other clothes as a superior, not only a sports bra.

4. Choose dark-colored sweatpants and use brightly colored tops. Brightly colored sweatpants will only make your thighs and butt look great, shows all the extra fat you have.

5. Do not use a jacket or a dress with tied at the waist. For what? It just will not bother you during exercise.

6. Do not use the workout clothes that show the navel.

7. Do not use socks that are too long to cover the ankles while exercising in a gym.

8. Do not use excessive hair tie. Just use a regular hair tie or elastic headband to keep your hair tidy and not fall into the face.

9. Do not use sports pants with writing that line past the butt. It is simply not okay.

10. Lastly, and most importantly, do not use sports pants that are too small because it will only make your groin pain, and make you not free to move.
